NO A/C - For the couple hot weeks in the summer, the bedroom temps are managed with electric portable fans and window covering management.

Brand new neighborhood in most west facing area of Cochrane which means unobstructed views of the mountains and easy access to highway to head west to mountains or into Calgary. Home is west facing backyard with clear mountain views and amazing sunsets off the patio! Less than 5 min walk down the street to Liquor Store and Gym.

Cochrane has 3 major grocery stores plus Walmart. A multitude of restaurants of various kinds and a handful of great coffee shops. You will find almost anything you could possibly want in Cochrane within a few minutes drive from the house. There is also a neighbourhood children’s playground about two north east blocks from the home
