It also boasts a beautiful long spacious balcony/patio which provides further entertaining and gathering appeal for those long summer nights. There is the added bonus of allocated parking for 1 car.
Pym Court is a true home away from home as the apartment has your essential tech amenities which include free Wi-Fi, Smart TV with Netflix, tablet and smart phone charging station, a smart phone for your use and speakers for your music.

You have access to all parts of the apartment.
You will be met at the property by our gracious host based on an agreed time to get the keys.
My property manager will meet and greet you at the property with the keys. This will be based on a pre-agreed hour slot between 3pm and 8pm.
All special requests should be made after we have confirmed your booking and you will be notified of the charges for it which is dependent on the request.
Hen, Stag and similar parties are strictly prohibited. There will be a fixed penalty of £300 if there are any parties in addition to damage costs.
A deposit of £250 will be taken on your arrival for incidentals and this will be returned to you up to 7 days after a damage inspection has taken place.
Check out time is strictly 11am and there will be charges of £30/ hour after that.
Smoking inside and outside the apartment area is strictly prohibited and will incur a fine.
Please keep noise levels down as the apartment is in a private residential development.
At the end of your stay, please strip all the bedding and put in a neat pile. All food must be cleared from the fridge, all rubbish put in bin bags provided and the apartment must be tidied and restored to how it was.
Please notify us immediately of any damages.
