So I am truly sorry for your experience but as I explained to you most of the issues raised were not in our control. The WiFi was a regional problem of the provider and was fixed within a day. Barbara only came in because of your request. As you asked for her to check on the TV she assumed you will be aware of the fact she will come in to check on it.
It is not in our habit to walk in on our guests unless we were asked to do so by them.
The minor leak it is something we are taking care of and trying to figure out where it stemming from. It is an older building so it is taking a bit longer to figure out than a newer building.
A hotel room half the size of the apartment would cost you twice as much, given the beautiful space and amazing location , it is very good value for your money.
