There's one reserved parking space at the hammerhead just before you reach the compound, plus additional parking along the east side of the driveway. There's access to the courtyard, rose garden, orchard, chicken coop, bike path from 1st Avenue to Sunset street and "secret" path to Izaak Walton Pond and the St. Vrain Greenway... and much more! What a great place to live!
I'm Paul, your host, and I love doing whatever I can to make your stay wonderful. So, please (!) let me know what you need and how I can improve your experience. Our house is part of the Hildebrandt Family cohousing. Family members are generally available to help if I'm not around. If you don't need anything, we'll just leave you alone (some of us tend to be introverted, anyway). But just ask anyone if you do need anything!
The bedroom is on the 2nd floor and can be dead-bolted from the inside a locked by key outside. If you're allergic to cats or you need a whole house, please see "Warm and Wonderful on 4 Acres Near Old Town," which is an awesome deal, right next door!
