Happy to share our lovely home at Grafton.
It is right next to Grafton train and bus station, walking distance to Museum, Auckland Hospital, and New Market.
It is the 1st unit of a total 5 units townhouse. A swimming pool can be accessed from our garden yard.
There are two bedrooms available. This listing is for the bedroom with queen size bed at the third floor. Please see my other listing for the options of to book the other bedroom with a single bed at ground floor, or to book both rooms.

I had an amazing time staying with Charlotte for 7 weeks. She was always able to be contacted, and always responded promptly. The place was so beautiful and clean, it was a great house to stay in. Charlotte is so wonderful, always helpful and friendly. Great experience.

A great place in a very central location. Charlotte was a warm and welcoming host. We had everything we needed and more! Lovely stay here, would definitely recommend. Also, the pool is very refreshing!
