Thank you for staying with us and your review as we constantly look for better ways to improve. We appreciate that you liked the house and the location and will relay your comments to Lorie.
On the other hand. Yes, the house is old as we are keeping the old-fashioned Baguio lifestyle but putting in some modern household items to balance. On our list for renovation is painting the living room and adding a television, it is however clearly mentioned in Airbnb that there is currently no tv available which you are aware of hence I believe that could not be taken against us. There is a complete set of pans available in the lower cupboard, i'm not sure if you may have just missed it. We have however already added a set of smaller plates and bowls to better serve future guests. We opted not to put a bigger fridge as guests usually stay only for a night or two, hence not requiring a large amount of food to be stocked. There are also bins available in both toilets so not sure why you have missed that but as a precaution for this not to happen again, Lorie and the team will be walking the guests through the house upon check in to ensure they are able to locate main household essentials. Regarding cabinet doors, I was informed that they were not broken before check in and these are mainly to keep our stocks. The water supply has been rectified however we are aware that sometimes it is a city issue.
Lastly, neighborhood noise is however beyond our control as the area is in the central part of the city hence yes, very close to the main roads and as you mentioned yourself, not too far from the center.
