I am sorry for the issues that you experienced during your stay. Our handyman was extremely busy and was unable to fix these problems for you at that time and I apologize for that. We did try our hardest to send someone, but unfortunately, we were short-staffed. I am not sure why my cleaner said that we charge every min after check out. We do not do that at all. I have contacted the cleaner and informed her that she cannot say these things to guests as it is not true at all. We do charge guests if they stay for an extended period after checkout, because it can push back my cleaners cleans for the day and sometimes we have to pay our cleaners to go back and clean. Just as with hotels, they will charge you a fee if you do not vacate at check out time. I assure you that this won't happen again with my cleaner.
