Thanks for your review. It is unfortunate that you were not satisfied with your stay. However its sad for us as hosts to get guests that tend not share their true experience:(
Upon your check in you started by complaining the the villa had one washroom, and that should not come as a surprise to you since all the amenities are posted on Airbnb. You then asked to be shown another villa since you really needed 2 washrooms for your group to do makeup for an event !
Despite that the other villa was cleaned and closed for the season our manager was kind enough to open it for you and you really wanted to stay there. To respect your occasion we decided to give that villa and gave you the price difference as complimentary, and further more opened a third villa for you since the appliances were turned off for the season. At such point you were enjoying an abundance of 9 bedrooms, 2 full kitchens, and 3 washrooms for the price of 1 unit. After your checkout we had to clean 3 villas at absolutely no extra charge to you, just to make your stay more pleasant and comfortable. You hugged the property manager in gratitude of our generosity. We were appalled by the fact that you tried to seek money back from Airbnb without even approaching us, an attempt that was unsuccessful due to the false allegations at your end.
I didn’t not wish to leave my feedback at your profile to give you a chance to rectify such abuse to people’s kindness. However since it is your choice to leave a false review about my home, I have no choice but to respond.
I hope you show kindness to other people homes more than you have showed to ours.
