Apartment Mare Baixa is a simply stunning 2 bedroom apartment with fabulous views of the sea and lagoons of the protected Ria Formosa Park. Popular with birdwatchers. Amazing ever changing tidal scenes to enjoy.The modern facilities include WIFI, air conditioning, access to a beautiful infinity effect pool, gardens and secure parking.

Apartment Mare Baixa is one of 3 apartments all on the same floor of the very popular resort of Del Mar Village. This apartment sleeps 4 persons and the other 2 apartments can accommodate up to 6 persons, making this a great flexible holiday accommodation option. The apartment offers comfortable living with 2 en suite bedrooms and a huge terrace overlooking the private gardens and lagoons of the Ria Formosa Natural Park. Facilities include and infinity pool, are con in each rooms and excellent WIFI access.

Entrance
Access to the resort is strict as it is designed to accommodate residents only and offer peace and tranquility. From the road side, the resort is enclosed by a wall. Along the wall are a number of solid locked gates that can only be opened via the apartment intercom or key. Once inside the gardens, a path and steps lead to each lobby for each floor of 3 apartments and only 3 levels. Again a secure door gives access to the lobby and each apartment has its own front door.

Living Space
This apartment with stunning sea views offers a fabulous living arrangement. As you enter from the front door a typical hall opens up and gives access to each room. Light wooden floors and white walls give a blank canvas to create a warm and inviting apartment to enjoy. The space is furnished to offer conform yet a touch pf style.

The living space is quite open plan and is spacious with an abundance of natural light tanks to the floor to ceiling glass doors that dominate the font of the apartment and help to enjoy the stunning sea views.

A soft smokey grey fabric sofa and matching footstools offer sumptuous comfort. Set in an alcove in the wall is a large flat screen television offering a selection of European tv channels. Below is a low rise white sideboard with bright ornaments but offering practical storage along with access to the WIFI router. Set in the centre is a simple but practical white coffee table.

The open plan living space is divided from the kitchen by a dining table, set in place with 4 matching chairs each side. The bench style table is a rich dark wood and contrast beautifully with the light stylings of the rest of the space.

Sliding glass doors allow the amazing Algarve sunshine to flood into the room and open up onto a simply amazing private balcony. The views from the balcony are breathtaking.

Kitchen
Based to the rear of the living space of this amazing apartment with sea views is the full, family kitchen. Whilst it offers smart clean lines and a minimalistic look, do not be fooled it is exceptionally well equipped. Behind the white fitted kitchen doors you will find a fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Brushed chrome appliances include an eye level oven and microwave. Large chrome mixer tap sits above a smart white basin and a ceramic hob is set into the creamy white work surface.

Smaller appliances include an iron and board, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The cupboards are well stocked with all types of kitchen utensils and dining equipment. Much thought has been placed on providing a good family kitchen to allow guests to take full advantage of the amazing fresh produce so readily available.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The master bedroom of this apartment with stunning sea views is located at the front and has direct access via French sliding windows to the private balcony. This is a fabulous feature and every day you get to wake up with an amazing view of the lagoons and sea. A super king size bed can be divided to 2 single beds and each side is matching tables and lamps. Overhead is an air conditioning unit and to the back is smart well hidden fitted wardrobes offering a great storage space.

The ensuite bathroom offers a double size walking shower, a square ceramic basin set in to a black wood vanity cupboard and a bidet and toilet. Over the basin is a wonderful large mirror. The white glass wall tiles add a touch of elegance to the bathrooms too.

The second bedroom offers twin single beds with stylish white matching headboards, colourful bedside cupboard add a practical yet contrasting feature and m+lamps offer the all important reading light. A will of fitted wardrobes offer space and the overhead air con can offer cool or warmth.

The ensuite bathroom offers a good size shower cubicle, a basin set into a vanity unit with tae all important mirror along with a toilet and bidet. Again white glass tiles and chrome fittings just finish the details beautifully.

Private Terrace
There is no doubt, the best feature of this apartment with stunning sea views is the private terrace. This space runs along the front of the apartment and is wide enough to enjoy relaxed al fresco living. Sliding glass doors from the living space and master bedroom help make the terrace part of the living space and the glass balustrade makes sure no tiny piece of view is missed!

We have made sure you can fully enjoy this space by adding a rattan style dining table and chairs along with 2 smart and comfortable matching, large sun beds. The terrace gets the sunshine all day and is perfect for a wake up morning coffee but also amazing to watch the sun set over dinner on the terrace. The only way to really understand the secular views on offer is the list and stay. You will be wonderstruck!

Communal Spaces, Gardens and Swimming Pool
Our 2 bedroom apartment with stunning sea views is set within one of the most magnificent resorts in the East Algarve. Del Mar Village offers a hint of luxury in all its apartments and each one has a totally unobstructed view of the Ria Formosa lagoons, beaches and sea. The complex is designed to take full advantage of tranquility, privacy and stunning views. To the back of the building is private paths, gates and external staircases leading to both the apartments and private gardens of the complex. To the front of the building is extensive and well manicured gardens that give the feeing of an infinity effects into the Marshes and lagoons. They are very much staled in a beach effect with sandy paths and roped walk ways.

At one end of the resort is the infinity double pool with dark tiles to give a more natural feel to the swimming pool. The init effect is quite stunning and the pool is set and dark wood decking, in keeping with natural colours and senses. Lining the decking is sun loungers and parasols for guests to share.

Under the complex is secure underground parking and each apartment has its own allocated parking space. Although there is no need for a car as the train stone is less than a 2 minute walk and the village centre and sea front is a flat 5 minute walk from our 2 bedroom apartment with stunning sea views.

Our lovely 2 bedroom apartment with sea views comes with its own manual that you can download to your tablet or smart phone. Packed full of information to make the best of your holiday starting from the moment you arrive. It tells you how to collect the keys, who will look after you during your stay and clear concise directions to Apartment Mare Alta. Then it is packed full with details of the best restaurants, taxis and local amenities and activities.  
And of course our managers are on hand to make sure you love your holiday more if you need any advice or tips on the local area they will be more than happy to help.

Equipment hire for children and babies
We can hire a variety of items for your holiday home. Please book any items your require during the booking process. Paymnet will be locally in cash please.
We offer the following,
Camp beds suitable for children up to 12 years €5 per night
Travel cots and mattress (No linen provided, please be sure to bring your own) €5 per night
High chairs €5 per night.
 
Bicycle Hire
We have an arrangement with a superb local Bike Hire Company and can arrange for bicycles to be delivered to your holiday home either before your holiday starts or during you holiday. We can also arrange for the bikes to be collected. 
Car Hire
We can take the stress out of car hire for you by booking in advance for you.  We have chosen a small local Company to supply our hire cars. They will be at the Airport to meet you personally rather than you having to find a shuttle bus to the larger hire car Companies or waiting in huge queues with a horrible and impersonal service.
We can also arrange hire of scooters for you.  They can be delivered at your holiday home and collects after your holiday is over.
Airport Transfers
We use a fantastic Airport Transfer Company called Sunline. They offer a smart and efficient personalised service and we are proud to be connected with them. Please ask for a quote and we will arrange the transfers via our Company login to their site.  This means there will be no waiting around at the Airport as the driver will be in Arrivals waiting for you. There will be no trying the explain the location of your holiday home as the driver will already know where to go. The driver will even call our Managers in advance for you so they can be at the holiday home ready to meet you.

Fuseta โปรตุเกส

The Village of Fuseta comes alive in summer with street entertainmnet little wooden cafes who lay on live bands and a beautiful beach to sit and laze on during the day.
Fuseta really is a little undiscovered jewel and my favourite.
Every month it has a flea type market on the first Sunday and it is a pleasure to attend with all sorts of amazing old Algarvian nic nacs on sale.
The beach is a ferry ride and an absolute jem. You can either plonk your self down after a short walk from the ferry or can you carry on and feel like you have the whole beach to yourself.
Everything you need for an easy self catering holiday is within walking distance of our properties and it is a perfect location to use public transport if you dont feel like hiring a car.

Arrival Day
We set the arrival time at your holiday home to be any time after 1600.  This is to allow us time to prepare the holiday home for you. We are extremely flexible in that we will try and prepare the holiday home to coincide with your flight arrival time. But we can not guarantee this will happen. We are also happy to allow you leave baggage at the holiday home whilst the property is being prepared allowing you to get the most out of your holiday.
We ask that you carefully read the holiday home manual we will send you before the start of your holiday, as this contains all the contact information of the Manager who will be meeting you and looking after you during your holiday.
Our Manager will be expecting a telephone call from you on arrival day. The Manager will only attend the property after that phone call in readiness to meet you.  We do not have a reception and each guest is met personally. If we have more than one client at once arriving we will let you know and ask that maybe you give us a little time. Maybe pop for a coffee and we can call you when we are ready to meet you. Our Manager will like to spend some time with you explaining how appliances work in the holiday home and let you know about the local area and will be happy to answer any questions you might have. 
 
Departure Day
We set the departure time at 1000. We ask for your departure details or plans once you leave us. This way we can schedule our holiday home preparation for the next guest just like we did for you. If we can offer a later stay during the winter months we will try and accommodate you.  In the Summer months due to the high volume of guests we have to strictly adhere to the 1000 departure time at the latest.
 
Our "All important" Welcome book
Before the start of your holiday we will send you our online Guest Welcome Book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday Home and the local area.
The book gives you all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys.
We have tried to give you a real insight and help you to plan your holiday before you even arrive.
Our online Guest book is compatible with smart phones and tablets meaning you can take the guest book with you where ever you go to maximise your holiday experience.
During your holiday if you find places not in the book you would like to recommend to future guests please do let us know and we would love to add them to our book.  The idea is to offer a great book that guests find useful.
