The AJ Beardsley house, built in 1898, is a historic treasure located in downtown Boyne City with 125' on the Boyne River. This renovated spacious home features 4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms and can sleep up to 13 people. It offers the best of both worlds. Steps away from restaurants and Lake Charlevoix and 6 miles from Boyne Mountain. The backyard is perfect for kayaking, bonfires and relaxing!

Welcome to the historic A,J. Beardsley home. built in 1898 by one of Boyne City's founding families! This spacious 3,800 square-foot Victorian treasure blends the turn-of-the-century character with modern updates. If features original hardwood floors, exquisite trim work, 10 foot ceilings on the main floor and large windows framing scenic views.

The home includes four bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, comfortable sleeping up to 13 guests. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite full bath, making it ideal for large families or multiple couples.

The Back Yard & River Access

Step outside onto the wrap-around deck overlooking 125 feet of private frontage on the Boyne River. The serene backroom is perfect for relaxing, watching local wildlife and enjoying Northern Michigan. Kayaks, a fire pit for evening bonfires, outdoor games, charcoal grill and gas grill are all provided.

Enjoy the absolute best of both worlds; a quiet riverfront setting that is just a short walk from downtown restaurants, local shops and the shores of Lake Charlevoix.

Guests may enjoy the use of the kayaks, cornhole game, fire pit, charcoal grill and gas grill. Indoors guests are welcome to all areas of the house (excluding the basement) including the Maytag front loading washer and dryer.

There is a fireplace in the home but it is not available for use. The last two times the previous owners had a fire in the fireplace the fire dept. was called. Please save the fires for our firepit down by the river. Please extinguish bonfires before calling it a night.

There is parking for up to four cars but no garage is available.

There are security cameras on front and back outside entrances.
