Hello David. Thank you for your review. I am glad to know that the 4 star rating on "cleanliness" was simply for the pool leaves as per your private message response to me:
"Hi Chris, Yeah that was for the pool. The house was perfectly clean and in great shape. But as I think I mentioned in another comment there were lots of leaves in the pool when we arrived on Saturday. I certainly get the inevitability of that considering the landscaping and the wind, and I'm sure that there aren't any pool maintenance people that are flexible enough to schedule a cleaning before every random guest that you have booked. We used the net to clean the pool daily during our stay, so it was no big deal! Happy 4th!"
In the future and for any Air BnB subscriber to know, if you ever rent my home and are having an issue with the pool, leaves/heater/filter etc. please do not hesitate to contact our manager who will call our pool guy to come right away and handle the situation.
