Great location! Adjacent to Millenia Mall and a bunch of major retailers and food chains ( Target, Dollar Tree, Chipotle, Olive Garden, etc.). 10 minutes from Universal Studios, Orlando International Premium Outlets, International Drive and Downtown Orlando. Less than 20 minutes from Disney and 2 traffic lights from the Interstate 4 ramp. You’ll love my place because of its central location, proximity to highways and local attractions and modern decor!

This place is great for the the price. Great location for those looking to go the the Universal Or Island of Adventure theme parks. Only negative experience we had on our stay is that the hot water and water pressure could have been better. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Kevin’s place was cozy, convenient and a great price! The location can’t be beat if you’re visit in based around the parks (10 min to Universal and 25 to Disney). We were able to cook our own meals, or drive 5 min down the road for something quick. The place could use a few…

Kevin’s Place is exactly as advertised. Comfortable and close to all the attractions we were in town for. A comfortable bed and a great night sleep. Kevin was prompt and helpful with his responses. We would stay again!
