On the location, I do believe I had provided sufficient information in our listing description as well as providing the exact (Hidden by Airbnb) Map address to you in our confirmation message.
On the cancellation policy, guest should have been aware of my policy since you booked. My cancellation policy is moderate, meaning you can get full refund (exclude Airbnb fee) for a cancellation at least 5 days before check-in date. Your reservation was made almost 3 weeks in advance and I gave you a (Hidden by Airbnb) map since you booked, so you should have sufficient time to double check if you were unsure of the location. Nevertheless, I had offered to refund you one night which you agreed. I sent you the alteration to shorten your stay from 2 to 1 night but you did not click accept the request until the end of your original booking. At that point I could no longer refund to you since our calendar had been blocked by you and I had told you to contact Airbnb in which I believe you did not contact because otherwise Airbnb would contact me regarding your request for a refund. I had done my best on my side on this issue.
On the security, I still confidence in the security as this is my private guesthouse and has 24-hour onsite staff to take care of the property. My house is also just next to this Airbnb. For the door, it is a standard here in Thailand to have each individual door lock.
For the property, I confirm that it is in a good shape, well-maintained and functioned.
