One of the reasons why we are so successful in hosting guests like yourself (and I'm sure you've read all the fantastic reviews hence why you chose to stay with us) is because of our rules. If we let people come and go as they please the house would be chaotic and a confusion. But we make it very clear on airbnb what to expect and if you don't read the description properly then the ownus is on you and not us. Yes we are share accommodation!! its clearly and boldly advertised and yes we do have house rules (again clearly and boldly advertised) and if you aren't comfortable with rules then you probably should have stayed somewhere else where everything was to your standard of living.
I suggest you read the description of any stay from start to finish and particularly read the reviews as this will give you a clear indication of what to expect.
Let me make it crystal clear to you and others who are expecting to stay with us.
1. Expect alot of people during the peak season as this is the busiest time for us.
2. Expect house rules. We are very strict on rules and adhering to policies for safety and security
3. And the culture in my home is serenity, peaceful, friendly, cooperative and spiritual we have Buddhist and religious influence in our home, we are not a night club or a disco. Thats not to say we are anti social because we are very social and we love entertaining people that are on our level.
When you stay with others expect to live by their rules and not your own. Seriously I don't know why some people are so daft, to even say this is stupid!
May I suggest you speak to your host before you book and ask them if their accommodation is what your looking for and meets your no rules policy, as we definitely will not bend to this and if you wanted an entire home to yourself then select entire home so that you don't have to share with others. Our prices reflect quality for value and thats what we aim for.
My home is listed as a share accommodation.
