I want my guests to feel at home.
I am generally in the apartment, unless I am travelling or away on business.
I am equally content to spend time with guests or to let them do their own thing. I have no pre-conceptions when it comes to this, what ever works, what ever feels right.
I am open and easy to get along with, I have travelled widely and been hosted by friends and strangers all over the world.
This is an apartment in a residential area, with families living in the same block, and so: it cannot be a party flat... this is a great place to relax and rest after sampling Edinburgh's attractions.

I am a father to my beautiful daughter who is 4 years old.
I have travelled a fair amount both in my home country and abroad. Looking back I realise that it is the kindness of strangers that makes travelling both possible and enjoyable. I hope to extend this kindness to my guests.
