Apartment Sanja has 40m2. It's placed on the first floor of a private house. It consists of one bedroom, living room, kitchen and a bathroom.

To make sure that your stay will be pleasant and to prevent any misunderstandings, please read the rules of private accommodation. When checking in, it is implied that you are familiar with and agree with them, and that you will fully adhere to them. Violation of house
rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation, and charging the full amount of the price of the accommodation regardless of the shorter stay.
1. On the arrival, submit identification documents of all members to the owner of the apartment for registering with the tourist agency.
2. The towels will be changed every 3 days, and bed linen every 7 days. The client is responsible for cleaning of the apartment. The owner of the apartment is not required to clean and tidy up.
3. The owner is at your service during your stay for all information and help. The owner is not required or responsible to organize your leisure time and animate you.
4. The owner is not responsible for the client's belongings, but will do anything in his power to protect and warn the client of possible dangers.
5. Pets are allowed only with the permission of the owner of the apartment. Bringing pets without prior announcement in the reservation is not allowed, and the apartment owner and the agency have the right to cancel accommodation.
6. From 11.00 P.M. to 7.00 A.M. is the period of night rest, so don't disturb the owner and neighbours, and other guests in the house.
7. Please take good care of the rented room or apartment, and turn of electric appliances and taps. Do not leave the air-conditioner on if there is no need for it, while you are out of the apartment, and do not use it with open windows and doors.
8. It is strictly forbidden to bring people who are not users of accommodation into the room or apartment. In case unregistered person or people that are not announced during reservation are found in the room, the owner of the apartment and agency has the right to cancel accommodation.
9. On the departure day, the client required to leave the unit until 10.00 A.M. so that it can be cleaned and prepared for other clients. If the client stays in the apartment after 10.00 A.M. we charge it to pay one more without the possibility of further stay in the accommodation unit.
10. You are obliged to leave the room or apartment you rented as you found it upon arrival - clean, tidy and undamaged.
