Lovely and large 1 bedroom apartment on ground floor. Very quiet and bright. The apartment is well laid out, star shaped, there is no loss of space.
The living room gives south on a small and quiet one-way street. It offers a brand new sofa bed with a real matress. The bedroom overlooks on a court, it has a great new queen size bed, with also a new and firm mattress, and a closet with storage for your wardrobe. The kitchen is practical and complete, and the apartment offers also a comfortable bathroom with a large tub. Sheets and towels are included.
I live in this apartment alone with my really nice cat Mirou (if you are a cat lover, it may keep you company, otherwise, it can moove out with me), but a couple or two persons can easily manage, since the 2 rooms are well insulated from each other.
The neighborhood where I live is called "village Saint Charles" and it is one of the most charming and shopping streets of the 15th arrondissement. In addition to its many shops, restaurants and caterers, rue Saint Charles offers a beautiful perspective on the Eiffel Tower. All services are also available: bank, post office, laundry, pharmacy... Just outside my building, you have a bakery, a butchery, and a greengrocery, and two supermarkets one of which is open on Sundays till 8pm... Otherwise, 2 times per week stands an open market. You are also at 5 min walk from the new large shopping center of Beaugrenelle with its many shops, its Fnac, Darty and its 8 screening rooms cinema.
For business, the apartment is also close to the Porte de Versailles, Quais de Seine, Balard, Issy les Moulineaux or Boulogne exhibition and business districts.
To go out for a walk or a run, you are at a walking distance from the beautiful Parc André Citroën, and the Seine. As transportation is concerned, my home is in equal distance of 3 metro / RER stops: Boucicaut (which line 8 makes stop at Invalides, Concorde, Opéra and Bastille), Charles Michels ( line 10 stops at Sèvres Babylone, Odeon, Jussieu) and Javel ( line. 10 and RER C with its stops at Champ de Mars and St. Michel ), and 2 bus stops (lines 42 and 62).
To introduce myself, I’ve been a Parisian since my birth, I love my city and its culture. As a freelance, I am available even during the day, so do not hesitate to solicit me. I hope you’d enjoy my welcoming you, and my flat. As a welcome gift, I offer breakfast the first day.
