As it is said in the description of my listing, the house was previously lived in by my relatives (wasn't meant for Airbnb at first) and we only decided to rent it temporarily for the summer to see how everything works and to get tips on what to improve. We didn't have time to renovate it completely, which we are doing right now, as I write, in order to give our guests an even more satisfying experience of Ljubljana. The old furniture, however, goes well with the intended vibe of the apartment, which is beautiful in its genuine rusticality, which was rather appreciated by the majority of our guests. The furniture has a value, which is supposed to add to the genuinity of experience of a temporary stay in Ljubljana. We are not a hotel, that's why we offer warmth and homeliness. Chloe and her family were my last guests for the summer/fall season, before we use the winter season to fix some proposed things, which are even now, as my other guests propose, a small stain in an overall great package, of which price (40€ for 3 people, that is 13€ a person) has never before been an issue. The apartment is located in the very centre, in one of the nicest areas in Ljubljana. I appreciate Chloé's review, but saying that the "walls are full of stains" is sadly an overreaction, while the bedding comment I could agree with and is being improved as we speak.
