Two fluffy queen beds in a completely modernized, classic San Francisco Victorian building from 1900. Right on the border between the Mission and Bernal Heights, you're surrounded by the best food, coffee, ice cream, parks, walks, murals, venues, and shopping in the city—and a 6-minute walk from the 24th St. BART station and multiple bus lines.
Two bedrooms, each with fluffy fresh bedding and mattress; a large window-lined living room for eating breakfast, planning your day, or hanging out; a spacious kitchen with everything you need for coffee and cooking; a big bathroom with a shiny tub; an in-unit washer/dryer you can use anytime; and delightful fast fiber internet.
Please enjoy my fully-outfitted kitchen, including a SodaStream, Aeropress, and French press, and feel free to do laundry in the in-unit laundry room (I've got plenty of unscented detergent, and a drying rack, iron, and ironing board). Let me know if you need the garage parking spot for an extra fee.
If I'm renting out this whole place, it's probably because I'm traveling! But you can always reach me through the app.
I recently bought this apartment and I'm still working on furnishing it! I don't have a window covering on the bedroom window yet, and the living room is a bit sparse. On the other hand, there's tons of frequently-cleaned, uncluttered minimalist space to enjoy.
- If you bump into one of my neighbors in the building, feel free to say hi! They know I Airbnb my place. We want our building to have a friendly vibe.
- Please limit loud noise, especially during our quiet hours, 10:30pm-8:00am during the week and 12:00am-10:00am on weekends.
- For fire safety, please no open flames inside, except for on the kitchen stove (no candles, cigarettes, joints, etc.).
I'm an ethnographic researcher working at a small tech start-up in Oakland, California (and living in the San Francisco Mission). I like books about culture, movies at museums, small dance floors, people-watching, and ice cream with lots of toppings.
