Located in Nashville’s West End, this contemporary 2BD/2BA apartment is the perfect space for business travelers, couples and small groups alike!

The height of city living, these spacious apartments offer guests an open living/dining and kitchen setting for entertaining, but keep the bedrooms and bathrooms on separate sides of the apartment for privacy and uninterrupted r&r. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the cooking basics you’ll need for eating in, as well as a coffee bar with cream, sugar, coffee and tea! The living room is host to a flat screen SmartTV so guests can stream their favorite shows from popular sites like netflix and a cash bar, while the sofa also folds out into a couch for additional sleeping space.

The bedrooms were curated for comfort- Memory gel foam mattresses, fresh linens and cozy bedscapes will make you feel like you’re sleeping on a cloud. Both the master bath and full bath will come stocked with towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash and blow dryers so you can pack a little lighter! Wash and dryer access is also available in unit.

Set amongst a luxury apartment community, guests will have full access to a gym, pool, dog park, business center and garage parking during their stay!

The entire apartment is yours and yours alone! Guests will have full access to all household amenities including a full kitchen and washer & dryer. Communal amenities include a 24 hour gym, salt water pool & BBQ station, and onsite gated parking.

• Guests who choose to park their car in the garage will be charged $15 for their pass. This pass is good the entire stay.
• If either the parking pass or garage door opener are not returned at the end of the stay, $100(Garage Door Opener) or $25 (Parking Pass) will be removed from your deposit.
• The pool is reserved for guests and tenants only. Guests found bringing in additional members will be asked to leave the pool by management.

• This is a NON SMOKING PROPERTY. Anyone caught smoking on the premise, including on your own balcony, will be subject to a $500 fine that is paid to the building management.

• We are always happy to accommodate an early check-in or a late check-out if our calendar allows for it! Both an early check-in and a late check-out have a $75 fee that can be charged to your airbnb account. We aren't able to verify if we will be able to accommodate this request until we are closer to the date of your arrival- within the week most likely. However, we totally understand that flight travel times can be odd & inconvenient, so at the very least we are happy to store your bags for you until your check-in time at 3pm or until 2:30pm for a late checkout.

• We require a 3 night minimum for stays beginning on Thursday, Friday or Saturday due to very high weekend demand. Otherwise, on weekdays (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday), the minimum is 2 nights.

The thing is, we really love this house! A boatload of time and love have gone into this Can you help us out?

• Smoking and drug use are prohibited in the home. Smoking outside is A-Okay, just make sure you dispose of your butts.

• Something broke? Have no fear! If it happens, just let us know so we can take care of it before the next guests roll in.

• You are on vacation but our neighbors (sadly) are not. Keep outside noise to a minimum during the day/evening and refrain from outside noise after 9PM.

This property is just what we were looking for while attending a weekend wedding celebration in Nashville. The location was easy to get to, quiet, and full of great amenities and very stylish. Cleanliness was immaculate. The hosts are very responsive, very friendly and personable, and very quick to help if/when questions arise. Check-in was so easy because every detail was spelled out. I would recommend without any hesitation and would try to stay there again if we ever return to Nashville.

The apartment is beautiful. Be aware that there is no cable TV but you can watch Netflix on the host's account.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. It was convenient to great restaurants and the park. The apartment was clean and spacious. Thanks to the atlas team for great communication

Was a huge apartment, perfect location. $6 uber ride into downtown. The apartment was clean, well stocked and beautiful. Would definitely stay again.
