The flat’s charms are its proportion, location, agreeable light + spaciousness. If you appreciate 1970’s social housing, are charmed by brutalist architectural style living + want to be in the thick of it whilst savouring the artistic, creative energy of the East End, you will enjoy living here. In the heart of diverse East London, in the shadow of the Royal London Hospital, you can enjoy the offerings from nearby Banglatown, Whitechapel Market, Brick Lane, Shoreditch and the City.
Like views, space and that feeling of calm high up away from the noise of the city? On the 8th floor, you have views North and South with just enough connection to the city below whilst avoiding the noise and drama.
Our 2 bedroom flat is work in progress. We won’t pretend it's a finished article. It’s rough around the edges, whilst being clean, homely and bright.
There is a double bed, a set of adult sized bunk beds, 1 long sofa and a chaise longue. If need be there are futons available too.
The space suits families (there is a cot, travel cot, high chair + other equipment), couples or even a group of friends.
Enjoy evening drinks at sundown on the small balcony.
Please Note: There is currently no shower. We have a bath with plenty of hot water.
- No nuisance noise after 11pm.
- Ideally you will remove your shoes before coming into the main flat so as to reduce noise disturbances
- No parties
