Whether you are seeking a place to lodge for business, an atmosphere of rest in the midst of training or service, or just need encouragement for your journey, Sabbath Lodge welcomes you.
Peace. Love. Affirmation. Joy. Restoration.
Note: This is one of two Sabbath Lodge locations, as this is a duplex.
The space is a one bedroom "shot-gun"-style duplex unit. Excellent for a person looking for a simple, private, completely functional, and peaceful place to rest. The entire, all inclusive (even a washer and dryer) unit is yours for your time of stay.
You have access to a green yard surrounded by trees, off-street parking, your own laundry room, and a full apartment to yourself!
Feel free to contact Folasade by text or call as any need arises. Those interactions are sure to be pleasant and encouraging!
At the Sabbath Lodge we promote and maintain a Christ-like, respectful, peaceful, hollowed, restorative, and healthy environment.
Towels are provided for stays up to one week, as needed (if you can bring your own, please do). We ask that you bring your own towels especially for longer stays.
To keep utility costs balanced, we ask that, while away, you turn the air conditioning to 78 temperature during warm weather, 68 during cold weather, and keep lights off (a lamp and the porch light are expected to remain on if preferred).
Also, we do ask that you help us maintain a clean environment by tidying up after yourself (i.e., sweeping up crumbs, wiping up spills, cleaning the shower - if staying longer than a weekend - washing dishes, etc).
Thank you so much.

Welcome to the Sabbath Lodge. This is a small beginning of a greater vision to provide atmospheres of rest and rejuvenation in multiple locations.
Feel free to call me "Fola," though I would love for you to also know how to pronounce my full name! Lol. A little about me, I'm a grad student in the fields of special education and educational psychology. I'm also an entrepreneur, specializing in teaching basic academic and life skills; creating and promoting expressive arts; and restorative mentoring.
Laughter, the arts, jazz, sunshine, tea, creative and healthy food/drinks, singing, animals, driving, communing with the Father, edifying people, and talking to strangers and children, are a few of my therapies and greatest joys in life.
