Exceptional Sub Penthouse in a boutique building w/ a private 500 sf roof top patio- incredible views, custom bar & outdoor stainless fridge. Fully furnished two bdrm, two bathroom space, fabulous kitchen w/ dishwasher. TV, cable, internet, wifi, stacked washer/ dryer. Excellent central location within walking distance to the business district, yaletown, gastown, downtown, west end and false creek. Skytrain via Yaletown & rogers arena just a few blocks away. North Shore is 11 mins on Seabus


While the roof top patio offers massive views and an incredibly peaceful way to start or end the day I do ask that you respect our lovely neighbours ( quiet time 10pm )by keeping social groups on the patio to a minimum during your stay. If an event is being planned please check with me first. Please respect our non smoking rule.


Gorgeous marble countertops and backsplash in kitchen with high end appliances and tons of storage space. Underground secure parking space available upon request at time of booking.


Vancouver is an incredible city. As a Vancouverite and former Concierge I am pleased to assist prior to your arrival, during your stay and upon check out. I will check you in / out to ensure all goes smoothly. Please let me know your approx check in time. If flying in to Vancouver, I'd like to monitor the arrival time therefore please provide flight details ** important**.


We kindly ask to keep on the quieter side after 10pm. No Smoking in suite. Shoes off. As this is the Principle residence for the owner it's required to have the space cleaned every 2 weeks approx. Clean is good. If, time allows on departure may I please ask you remove the sheets from beds and leave wet towels in bathroom. If not time, don't worry. I take great pride in having the best property available therefore surpassing expectations for every guest. Will organize logistics at your convenience.

This property was a dream! We had never visited Vancouver before, so we were entering this property with no knowledge of location. I felt like we struck gold, because the location is perfect for walking to virtually any neighborhood in Vancouver. Within minutes we could walk to Gastown, Chinatown, English Bay, the waterfront, and I even walked to Stanley Park one day (which is a distance from the rest of the downtown). The cross street for this condo is Robson, which has a plethora of restaurants and shopping (including grocery stores), so we had tons of options for eating and shopping. The condo itself is a cozy 2 bedroom, but the huge bonus for my group is the balcony space, which has spectacular views of the downtown towards the mountains. It's equipped with a gas grill, tons of seating and a table for meals overlooking Vancouver. The interior is modern, with a comfortable sectional and modern appliances. Lauren was so communicative, and gave us great ideas for our trip- which were all amazing. She made it easy to meet, have access to the condo, and made us feel at home (this trip celebrated a wedding anniversary- and she even bought us champagne to greet us). I would recommend this condo in a heartbeat! A++++

Lauren was very attentive during the check in process and welcomed us with a couple bottles of wine and crackers. The apartment is extremely well situated and has a phenomenal 500 sq foot patio (it is on the 14th floor) with great views of Vancouver downtown - we had a couple of dinners on it and it was really nice.

Great location, close to fantastic Vancouver sights, nightlife, restaurants and bars. Walking distance to all the major points of interest. Easy access to public transport. Perfect spot for anyone wanting to be close to town. Unit very clean and spacious with an awesome outdoor area.

Ideal location. Great decor and very clean. It was a little hot but Lauren was kind enough to bring fans for us. Would definitely stay there again

Busy mom of 2 teenage boys. My husband and I like to hike and easy ride. Yoga is necessary to find balance for all of us. We like movies, music, paddle boarding and gardening We have a small rugged aluminum boat that we will take out for fishing and crabbing. We are social and often host for events/celebrations. I spend time making healthy foods, well..... I try to most of the time.
Love reading cookbooks. Will sit down and browse a home design, decorating magazine. Renting a cabin once or twice a year has become a tradition that we share with our friends and their kids. My husband is fluent in Greek.
We have been a host family to students from Brazil and Germany. We would like to travel more !
