Guests will feel at ease in this charming and private daylight Swan Canyon neighborhood. We're located close to the city life but also tucked away from the urban scene for a relaxing residential getaway.
The living room and kitchen are downstairs. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. My wife and I live in the master bedroom where we have our own bathroom. Your guest room will be adjacent to the office, and you'll have your own private guest bathroom in the hallway adjacent to our Master Bedroom. This townhome is located on a steep, one-way downward hill (think San Francisco).
+ There's always parking on our hill. Note that we do live in a steep, one-way downhill road. You'll have to be decent at parallel parking at the bottom of the hill or top of the hill.
+ Laundry machine and dryer are located in the garage. You're more than welcome to use that - we ask for $1 per load (one wash + one dry = 1 load) - thank you!
+ Guests can also enjoy access to a nice spacious deck. During the warmer months, we put tables and chairs out for lounging in the sun.
+ I work from home and go into the office sometimes with my dog. I am available if you need me. I enjoy interacting with guests so do not hesitate to reach out. If I am not able to help you right away, I will have my wife Sterling assist you.
+ We respect your privacy so we can communicate as much or as little as you'd like!
+ Your comfort, safety and satisfaction is very important to me, so if you need anything at all, please let me know!
+ You will have your own bedroom, empty closet, and drawers. The room is a 10x10. It's small, cozy, and comfortable.
+ We don't have central AC installed in our home, but we do have the Bionair air fan that kicks out hot air and brings in cool air. The room will average 65 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit during the evening.
+ A quaint living area on the main floor that includes a couple comfortable couches, dining table, and remodeled kitchen.
+ There's a basic kitchen downstairs in the common area where you'll find essentials such as a fridge, toaster, microwave, coffee maker (pour-over and french press only!), tea, and Brita-filtered water.
+ The common space also has a dining table where you can sit and enjoy a quick meal or your morning coffee.
+ The bedroom has a full-sized bed, a good sized closet with storage, and a drawer for additional items.
+ You'll have your own bathroom. There's a shower and toiletry essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I also provide a small hair dryer.
- Must be okay with our house dog (an introverted corgi named Watson)
- Quiet hours after 10pm
- Must be able to comfortably climb stairs (we have a lot!)
