This guest did not stayed at our place. The day of the check-in he admitted that he did not read carefully our listing and our messages with detailed description, photos and instructions and decided to leave and cancel his reservation because the place wasn't what he was looking for. No harm in that. However, a few days later he threatened us to leave a bad review because we didn't keep our word on some sort of agreement he though we had. So, just out of spite he left this vengeful review about details of the apartment that he couldn't have seen because he never stayed for more than a minute in our apartments. Also he closes his comment with a insult. If you are writing a review about something you didn't experienced at least you could restrain yourself from unnecessary personal attacks. Anyway, I would really like to know how can a bathroom (with shower, toiled, sink, towels and essentials) can be "useless"? Or if you meant "not working", how can you say that if you never used it? This only can demonstrates how truthful this review is. Very distressful experience!
