Quaint bungalow centrally located in the desirable James Island neighborhood, Riverland Terrace. Close to trendy restaurants, The Terrace Movie Theater, a golf course, the neighborhood boat landing and The Pour House, a music venue frequented by Charleston locals. Approximately 4 miles to downtown Charleston and 10 miles to Folly Beach. Come enjoy Charleston the way the locals do!
Enjoy this 1 bedroom/1 bath bungalow all to yourself. It is extremely bright and cheerful with lots of windows to enjoy catching a glimpse of nature. The comfy queen bed is a tempur-pedic, and the water pressure in the shower is fantastic. The sofa is NOT a pull out, but is comfortable for sleeping on if needed by a third guest. The backyard is very private and relaxing. The neighborhood is FULL of beautiful oak trees, water views, and charming homes. Without a doubt, take a walk or drive around it to enjoy a part of Charleston most tourists won't see.
Although pets are not allowed for your stay, there is a dog that lives in the house during the week with the owner. Just FYI in case someone has allergies. The house is very clean, safe, and comfortable!
A coffee maker and coffee will be available, as well as beach chairs and a cooler.
I'm available as much as needed by phone or text for any questions, issues that may arise, or for suggestions of things to do. I've lived in Charleston for 22 years and will either know the answer or will be able to find someone who will.

I've lived in Charleston for 22 years in various areas of town and have watched the city grow into a desirable destination for people all over the world.
My hobbies include gardening, sports, coffee, travelling, and hiking. I enjoy great food that is affordable and spots that are off the beaten bath. I believe in living a fun filled life while I still can and appreciating family and friends!
