We’re delighted to know that our guests find our property magnificent and beautiful. At the same time, we are regretful to hear of the guests experience while staying in our property. As for the transfer service, we do have very specific instructions as where to wait for and meet our driver at the airport. The meeting point at the airport is also specific to which terminal they arrive from. Unfortunately, our driver was waiting on the agreed meeting point but guests were not there. The property is under self catering system. Therefore we only provide basic items upon check in. However, all other items can be purchased at the closest supermarket or convenience stores. We are glad to hear that the guest enjoyed the majority of their experience in our property. We take all feedback seriously and will use this to continue to better our services for all our guests and we hope this helps address the concerns posted in this review and we hope to see Samantha back in Phuket soon.

We are very delighted to know that our guests find our property very clean and modern looking. At the same time, we are very regretful about the guests’ experienced with the pool. To ensure guests’ comfort and satisfaction, our guests are encouraged to notify us immediately for any concerns regarding the property while they are occupying it. We have staff assigned and a dedicated email and phone number to cater as promptly as possible to any help they need while staying with us until everything is settled for them. Tracing our records, we only received guests’ notification on that same day we we sent our staff to clean the pool. Had we known immediately, we could have sent our staff to clean the pool as per guests’ request. The location of each property is disclosed upon booking and our guests can definitely asked us about it before booking. We also understand the possible need for motorbike/car rentals for our guests to get around Phuket. And though we do not directly provide this service, we do direct our guests to our trusted partner who can assist them with this need, given that the guest inquired to us about it. We are glad to hear that the guest enjoyed the majority of their experience in our property. With regard to the transfer service, Our transfer service rate always tries to match the estimate of what it would cost for our guest to take a taxi. Which they may validate through (Website hidden by Airbnb) also considering that airport taxi's have a 100THB surcharge on top of the total amount from the meter. Our aim for this transfer service is not mainly to earn but to provide convenience for our guests as we know how public transportation can be a struggle here in Phuket. In the rare possibility that our transfer service is late, it can happen and it is independent of our will as we cannot control the traffic and unexpected events such as accident or police check point that slows down the traffic in Phuket. For the electricity, it is disclosed in Airbnb before booking (as it is stated on the advert) that it is not included in the rental price. In this case, A 2 bedrooms villa is expected to consume minimum 120 bahts per day but can still go beyond that amount depending on how mindful the guests are with their air-conditioning use. The dishwasher was not advertised with the property, therefore not part of the facilities included, and tracing through our records the guest never brought up this concern to us. Our guests are encouraged to notify us immediately for any concerns regarding the property while they are occupying it. We have staff assigned to cater as promptly as possible to any help they need while staying with us until everything is settled for them. We will be happy to see Aline back to Phuket soon.
