We openly advertise as not a space meant for children, but Michael booked anyway even knowing this. The whole area is incredibly safe, but it is indeed a very popular area for eating and drinking. That's why we don't have a tv or a table for eating in--it would be a waste to spend all your time here doing that rather than being out and about to see everything. The food on our street is some of the best in all of Korea. We also have a cafe on the first floor if you really need space for something like that. Katriina (pictured) is actually the host you are most likely to meet from our team, though you will normally be messaging with Matt or Kelly. Michael didn't notify us about the smell, but when he left we found it immediately and contacted our construction team about it, so it shouldn't be a problem in the future. For the cleaning and towel replacement options, that would just bring our price up to still a bit less than a comparable hotel in the area, so we offer people who don't need that the discount and people who do the option, though still at a good price overall.
