The tiny house is built on a twin axle trailer and is beautifully finished with cedar cladding, rimu joinery and cedar finishings. It runs completely off solar power, has a composting toilet, uses gas for hot water and cooking and a small fire place for the winter. There is a mezzanine sleeping bedroom and a fold out sofa downstairs which can sleep another two. If you've ever wanted to experience what it is like to live in a tiny house, now is your chance!
Push the gate open and there is plenty of secure parking space on the property and vegetable gardens in the backyard which guests are welcome to help themselves to.
I can pop around between 5-6pm to run over any questions or queries before leaving guests to enjoy the Tiny House. If this time doesn't suit we can arrange another time. If there is any issues I'm never far away and can be reached via cell number.
The composting toilet may be a new concept to a lot of people as it does not involve any water. The process is really simple and is clearly explained, but it may not suit everyone.
Please be careful of rimu benches as they scratch easily and take great caution going up and down the stairs as they are narrow, especially at night.
- Please note there is only a composting toilet
