We are a married couple offering two private traditional Japanese tatami rooms in our house that can be opened up into one bigger room, or separated into two, with sliding doors. There are two futon beds available for each room. Both rooms are overlooking the garden.
This is a quiet area next to rice fields under sacred Mt. Hiei. If you are looking for peace and tranquility in the evening, to unwind and relax from a busy day of sightseeing, this is the perfect place for you.
We have four options for a healthy, organic breakfast, all served with organic coffee or tea. All products are organic and non-gmo.
Option 1: Free range eggs (cooked as you like) w/sausage and tomato, and fresh whole wheat toast w/jam and butter.
Option 2: Fruit bowl w/yogurt and muesli.
Option 3: Oatmeal w/raisins, nuts and fruit.
Option 4: Toasted Japanese rice cakes w/sweet sesame seed spread.
As well, we use eco-friendly products for washing and cleaning.
If you are interested in private yoga classes, yoga therapy sessions or meditation classes/practice, these are also available on request at an extra cost.
The entrance, bathroom, toilet, private room, private garden and eating space will be accessible to guests.
