Cobham village is perfectly located for exploring Kent. It is a good for cyclists, and a stop to/from the continent, just off the A2.
Surrounded by ancient woodlands, Cobham has 3 pubs and a community shop with fresh baking, groceries and local produce.
Stable Cottage is in the grounds of Owletts, a National Trust house set in orchards and lovely gardens.
The rooms available are upstairs, one large and one small, both with windows and plenty of light, and sharing a shower and toilet.
The upstairs is all yours. You have access through the sitting room, and there is space to sit and eat breakfast in the porch.
There is a large garden you have access to and safe storage for bikes.
Porch and upstairs bathroom. You walk through the sitting room to access the bedrooms.
I work 4 days and am a busy mum of a toddler. I am friendly but usually in bed early, as little Henry is an early riser! Henry is chatty and sociable and our cat is friendly but is discouraged from going upstairs. Everyone is welcome to join my group meditations, usually Sunday at 5pm.
There is no TV in any of the rooms.
Owletts National Trust house is open to the public on Sundays in the summer.
I run a free group meditation every Sunday 5-6pm. You are welcome to join in. I prefer no shoes in the house. There is plenty of space in the porch to keep them.
Dogs are welcome to also stay in the spacious porch.
