I don't know why you have wrote the negative review. I'll explain all the issues that you had.

There's no way it takes 40 minutes to center. By car/taxi it takes from (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) minutes. Especially this number is low in summer. If you are taking a bus it takes (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) minutes. Everyone can recheck that numbers on (Hidden by Airbnb) Maps, it's not a secret.
2. Такси подорожало в Грузии, мы платили до десяти Лари, чтобы добраться до квартиры.
If you had any bad experience with taxi drivers in the street, I don't know but if you book a taxi through company it costs around 3-4 GEL.
3. Неудобство в том, что нет зеркала в полный рост, полотенец
There was no photos of full sized mirror in the apartment listing photos and if this amenity was so important to you, you could have booked another place that had one. Otherwise you could recheck if it was in my apartment or not in advance before booking.
Towels were in the wardrobe. If you couldn't find anything in the apartment you could easily contact me and I could help you in any case. I'm always online and my response is very quick.
4. Матрасы больше по площади, чем сама кровать. Второй матрас просто постоянно спадал с кровати.
I'm sorry but we never had any issues with the mattress and bed. Both of them are new.
5. Был также засор в ванной в раковине
If there was this problem, you could write me and I could fix it within a day. There was no problem before your check in. If there were problem like this I would fix it before your arrival. FYI it is fixed already after your checkout.
6. Квартира на фото кажется намного больше чем в живую
I never had this kind of complain before. Almost all my guests are pointing out that the apartment is much better in real life then on photos.
Finally, what I want to say to you. You've been told that if you had any issues or you needed any recommendations you could contact me and I would resolve anything in a timely manner.
You've caused a solid damage to my apartment (Spoiled blanket, damaged curtain track, dirty mess, etc) and I don't understand completely why. Every guest has all basic necessities and comfort starting form iron and ending even from soft drinks, food and new toothbrushes.
I don't want to dig more deeper in details. I feel very disrespected because of this unfair review.
