I'm sorry that you felt misled about our listing, Aydan. We do strive to include all of the details in our listing that a prospective renter would want to know before making a decision to book because we absolutely want you to be happy when you are here. A big part of that is making sure you know what to expect when you choose to book with us. I just double checked to make sure that everything you mention in your review is indeed in our listing, and it is there, including the pet cleaning fee (which is a modest $25 for up to two dogs), the spa/pool hours, and the location. We don't say that we are close to Tahoe and in fact, if you had mentioned that you wanted to go to Lake Tahoe we would have suggested you book something closer. Hopefully in the future you will take the time to review the full listing before booking so you are not disappointed, and again, we are very sorry you were not fully satisfied with your stay here!
