My home is vibrant and colourful, 5 minute walk into Aberystwyth, sea views, evening sunset, parking, quiet location, with good Wifi signal and super fast broadband. Well behaved, child friendly, cat friendly dogs may stay on request only.
Cyclists there will be room for two clean bycicles up high in the hall and one in the bedroom. Tea/coffee tray will be in the bedroom with a continental help yourself breakfast.
The lounge has a large bay window letting in lots of light, with net curtains if you wish to have a bit more privacy. There is a TV and Now TV box.
A swivel adjustable table is available for working at, feel free to ask.
The beds are two futon mattresses one on top of the other as a sofa, the thick single one and a double one together make a nice thick single comfy bed to sleep on or they can be pulled apart as two seperate beds.
The evening sun shines through the window and you can see the sea and the sun go down from the window.
I also have another colourfull double bedroom on Airbnb for £33 for one and £43 for two if you wished to have extra sleeping space.
I have two bathrooms which are shared, an upstairs small bathroom with a bath (old cast iron bath a little worn but is clean and comfortable) which has a shower over it, sink and toilet and a downstairs shower room with sink and toilet.
The other shared spaces which you are welcome to use are the courtyard seating area, the front of house seating area and the terraced back garden. The first terrace has a bench to sit at with flowering tubs around it, the second terrace is grassed with another table and chair set, and the top terrace has a stunning sea view over the whole of Aberystwyth where it is well worth sitting on a sunny evening to catch the stunning sunsets. Wrought iron barbeque is also on the top level.
Im generally quite a busy bee and self employed so I shall be in and out and around a fair bit if needed throughout the day. Probably not too far away.
I'm quite happy to chat and socialize but also happy to let you get on with your stay in peace and quiet
At the end of the road is the start of the Ystwyth Trail and also a separate path which avoids going near the main road and leads down to the estuary and harbour avoiding the main road where there is a great walk between the estuary and Tan Y Bwlch beach, ideal for dogs and just a 5 minute walk away. There is also another lovely walk a few minutes away around Dinas moutain which backs onto my house, it takes you through a short wooded path then out onto the mountain where from the top is a wonderfull view of Tan y Bwlch beach, bringing you back down along the mountain overlooking the river and the sea with a number of benches on route to stop and enjoy the view, arriving back at the quiet no through ( beginning of Ystwyth trail) road at the end on Dinas Terrace. Ive never timed it but im presuming its around 50 minutes hurried walk, or a nice hour and half s walk.
- Communicate with me a few days before so that we can find a mutually acceptable check-in time for both parties. I have put check in time down as 12 and flexible as quite possibly i may be working in the afternoon, so early arrival may be better for both parties. If you arrive later than the agreed upon time i may not be able to meet you as i could have other arrangements and you could have a bit of a wait. So please keep communication open if you are going to be later than the agreed time.
- Respect for my family, other guests and my neighbours
- Only paying guests in the house unless previously requested and ok'd
- No candles
- Quiet time after 10.30

I've lived in Aberystwyth for 24 years now. I feel very blessed to have been able to enjoy bringing up my family in such a wonderful place, so close to the sea and its beautifull surrounding countryside.
Allthough I love to read I generally find i'm such a busy bee I don't have much time.
I enjoy yoga and keeping fit in general, in-between my family commitments and visiting friends.
My career path is at this present moment in flux as I'm moving towards the healing arts as a Massage Therapist which I'm really excited about and looking forward to.
I like a colourful house to live in and would like my guests to enjoy this vibrant space with me.
