Comfortable studio apartment on the border of the Lower East Side and Chinatown. Located on the 5th floor (fair warning: it's a walk-up) of a building with a mix of immigrants and young people, it's close to tons of restaurants, bars, and attractions.
It's a bit on the small side, but has everything you need - full size bed, couch, tv with Chromecast, kitchen (with stove and refrigerator), bathroom (sadly, the washer/dryer do not work), air conditioner (critical for NYC summers), roof access.
- No parties/loud social gatherings - sorry, there are lots of families in the building.

My name's Yuriy, I was born in Ukraine, grew up in Brooklyn, NY, went to school at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD, spent 4 years in the Bay Area, and now I'm back in NYC.
I love traveling and have been to Western and Eastern Europe, Israel, and Africa. Highlights from previous trips include sandboarding on the world's biggest sand dunes in Namibia, shark cage diving off the coast of South Africa, and staying in a bedouin tent in Israel.
