Unreasonable charge on damage. Making money on this issue.
We are regretful to hear of the guests experience while staying in our property. Upon check in, our staff will always set proper expectations to the guests and check the property together with the guests for any damages. And our guests were asked to sign a rental agreement which includes that any damages incurred while staying ing the property will be subject for investigation and if found that its due to guests’ fault, will be charge to them. We did informed our guests about it and they understood. The damaged gate was not reported to us until they check out already. So our staff informed the guests that it will investigated and the guests were asked to pay for the damaged cost. Please note that we’re not making up the amount to be charged, we hired a third party company to check the damage and quote the cost of the repair. Nevertheless, we apologize again for all the inconvenience that it may caused to our guests. We take all feedback seriously and will use this to continue to better our services for all our guests and we hope this helps address the concerns posted in this review and we hope to see Shu Yin back in Phuket soon.
房子其实很不错，联排别墅+游泳池，1个房间在二楼，3个房间在一楼。但是，一楼有一个房间有点尴尬，除非你选择从花园进出，否则进出需要路过隔壁的房间。开放式的厨房，锅碗瓢齐全，只是需要自带筷子；电饭锅、多士炉、微波炉都是有的，挺方便。 从小区走路出去，5分钟左右到711店，日用品都能买到，挺方便；10分钟左右到拉威码头和海鲜市场，20分钟能到拉威海滩。傍晚出门溜达还不错，码头有一些小店可以逛逛.. 小区的保安都挺nice，远远的看你过来会把小区门升起来，让你进去，很有礼貌。有一名胖胖的保安可以联系出海，可以问他要折扣。 拉威到芭东或者普吉镇开车需要1小时左右…
We are very delighted to know that our guests find our property very good with a great transfer service that we’ve provided to all our guests. At the same time, we’re regretful to hear of the guests experience while staying in our property. With regards to the property structure, it was designed mainly for safety and convenience for all our guests to room around the property. We also understand the possible need for motorbike/car rentals for our guests to get around Phuket. And though we do not directly provide this service, we do direct our guests to our trusted partner who can assist them with this need, given that the guest inquired to us about it. Regarding the electricity, it is disclosed in Airbnb upon booking that it is not included in the rental price. And to be fair and transparent with out guests, during check in our staff will always explain to our guests on how the electricity will be calculated and upon check out, our staff will inform the guests about their electric usage and the corresponding amount to be paid. Note that any guest can check and verify the consumption anytime during their stay as they have access to the electric meter room. Nevertheless, we are glad to hear that the guest enjoyed the majority of their experience in our property. We appreciate the guest's feedback regarding their experience at our property. Upon check in, we always encouraged our guests to notify us immediately for any concerns regarding the property while they are occupying it. We have staff assigned and a dedicated email and phone number to cater as promptly as possible to any help they need while staying with us until everything is settled for them. Tracing through our records the guest never brought up this concerning the pool and the wifi to us. Had we known we could have sent our technicians to fix the issues. Our property is well- equipped with basic kitchen items that our guests can certainly used as a matter of fact, our previous guests were very happy that they’re able to cook in the property. We already brought up this issue regarding access to the beach and the developer confirmed that they’re already starting the works and hopefully finished in the coming days. The works will only be temporary and as soon as this will be completed, our guests can definitely access the beach already using the back gate of the property. Nevertheless, we are glad to hear that the guest enjoyed the majority of their experience in our property. The house is good, same as the photos, it is quiet, but there are many little mosquitoes, 711 just near the Exit and several restaurants nearby, and the seafood market in 10 minutes by walk. It is a good choice if you visit Phuket.

As for the mosquitoes, as in most tropical countries they are expected to come out by dusk (for about 1 hour) and as long as our guests are mindful to close the doors and windows at that time then there should be no issues of such.
