Due to your late booking I had no time to prepare everything as I normally do. That is a given with late bookings. Furthermore, you are guest in a house that is lived in, not a hotel room. This is (I think) the charm of Airbnb. Maybe you can mention, when booking through Airbnb, in your application that you are critical to avoid this disappointment.
I am dissapointed that you use my space for feedback to question the integrity of Airbnb. I can tell you that all feedback from my guests is original and nothing is removed, modified or added. That feedback is my merit!
