A beautiful 18th century country home. Used to be coach house and the garage, the old stables. It has history oozing out of if it. Falaburn House is set in a 0.5 acre stunning garden with a burn running along the edge of it. Inside the home is dated and in need of TLC which the owners are doing up bit by bit. It is set in a small hamlet called Fala Dam on the edge of Pathhead, Midlothian. Close to Edinburgh (20 min drive away). Lots of walks, cycle paths and places to explore, relax and unwind.
One of the top listed buildings in Midlothian. It is a stunning old house and the garden is so secluded and picturesque. The unique setting means you are surrounded by stunning countryside. Outdoor shoes must be left in boot room and not worn in the house. Dishes must be cleaned. House and garden should be left tidy. It's old and should be treated with respect and love. The garden is our pride and joy and no litter or dishes must be left in it. Dog mess must be picked up. It is a small hamlet and as such no rowdy parties allowed. It's a place to relax and unwind and enjoy time together. Edinburgh is close. The nearest train station is Gorebridge about 5 miles away. Buses run from the end of the road.
