We built the house 7 years ago, and expanded and renovated it last year. We love having international visitors at home, and sharing our beautiful house, wonderful view from the deck, organic fruits and vegetables from the garden and experience of living in Costa Rica.
Feel free to use the fully equipped kitchen, and you have your meals at the dining room or at the deck, looking at the panoramic view of the San Jose city with the mountain ranges. Relax at the hammocks or in two large living rooms. If you want to watch a TV, we have canals in German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Spanish and of course in English.
If you want to explore the trails in the forest in front of the house, we'd be happy to take you. We'd also be happy to take you to a local farmer's market every Saturday where you can interact with local farmers and get freshest grocery at extremely cheep prices directly from them. You are welcomed to go to our garden and pick organic fruits and vegetables. We have mulberries, raspberries and wild strawberries throughout the year. In the season, we have Surinam cherries and bananas more than we can eat. You can also pick different kinds of leafy vegetables for your salad.
