• All Guest must be registered with the Building Admin and Security. For smooth and hassle free check-in, the following documents must be emailed to us at least 2 days prior to your booking / arrival date.
- Name of Staying Guest.
- Scanned Copy of Valid ID of All Staying Guest (i.e. Passport or Driver’s License).
- For guest with car: Free parking (1 slot) at basement. (Please indicate in your E-mail the TYPE AND COLOR of the vehicle and the PLATE NO.) Required by Shell Residences.
- * STRICTLY Max 4 guests can stay, an additional P350/day for each guest after 2.
- * Please SWITCH AIR-CON OFF when you leave the unit, for remaining the fare low.
- * A confirmed booking means you agree to the House Rules.
- * Security Deposit of PHP10,000
- * Any guest who confirms a reservation at this listing will be responsible for damages up to PHP10,000 No charges will be made unless I make a claim within 48 hours after your check out. Such examples ; are spilled wine on the rug, broken appliances, a broken mirror, missing items or an un-returned key etc. Hosts are required to include a security deposit to their listing before a reservation is booked. Security deposits can't be handled off-site in cash.
- * After a reservation is made, you can verify the amount of the security deposit on your billing receipt. Security deposits are NOT INCLUDED in the rental cost that you will be paying before your check in. No damage charges will be made to you unless I need to make a claim within 48 hours after your check out. If I make a claim on the security deposit, Airbnb mediates and collect payment from you, as necessary.
- * NO SMOKING allowed in the unit.
- * We are committed to provide a clean, fresh and enjoyable place to our guest. Hence, we are requesting that you DO NOT SMOKE in the unit. IF you turn over the unit with a trace of smoking, we will CHARGE towards your DEPOSIT an equivalent to ONE (1) DAY accommodation as incidental charges for the lost revenue of the day due to dry/steam cleaning of curtains as well as thorough cleaning of the whole unit.
- * WE DO NOT ALLOW the use of massage oils, nail polish, henna tattoos, hair dyes, coloring pens as these stains are difficult or can't be removed from the linens, pillow cases and towels. We will charge these items if un-removable stains are found on the linens and towels.
- * Please do not take or remove any items in the apartment such as towels, linens, display items, etc. These are provided for your use only. If these items are missing or lost during your stay, we will charge it to your account upon check out or claim against your security deposit.
- Check-In / Check-Out Time:
- * Check- In Time: 2 PM (1400H)
- * Check-Out Time: 12 PM (1200H)
- • Please be mindful of the check-in and check-out time by informing us your schedule at least 24 hours advance. We will try to accommodate early or late check-in and check-out as long as there is no tenant before or after you and if you notify us ahead of time.

- • Usage of the Pool
- ~ PHP150/person per day for regular days
- ~ PHP300/person per day during weekends/holidays
- ~ Please wear proper swimming attire
- ~ Prior to swimming, register with the security guard on-duty by indicating the unit number and Tower and mention that you're a Guest. The payment goes to SHELL Admin office/the guard normally collects
- • Housekeeping is scheduled once every week (FREE OF CHARGE) in the afternoon/or after lunch hour, if you are staying for more than a week; or every after guests checkout. So if you're staying for less than a week, you are responsible to keep the place clean in the entire duration of your stay. Handy cleaning gadgets are provided for your use Example: If you check-in on a Monday, the next cleaning day is the following Monday in the afternoon. It may be changed to your convenience, notify us 24 hours ahead. However, if it falls on a Sunday, we will set it a day earlier or a day after, we will let you know 24 hours ahead;
- • Housekeeping includes changing of bed linens and bath towels, cleaning of bathrooms, sweeping/mopping the floors, dusting of furniture and tidying the whole place. You are responsible for keeping the kitchen clean and washing the dishes and keeping the place as clean and in order as when we turned it over to you;
- - You may request cleaning on off-schedule: Optional at P500 charge;
- • No cooking, but rice cooker is available.
- • Please be responsible to dispose of your garbage on a daily basis during your stay, to avoid foul odor and ants and cockroach infesting my place. There is a Garbage Room just in-front of the unit on the same floor. Garbage collectors roam every 10:00-10:30AM and 7:00-7:30PM daily to collect, if you are not able to bring it yourself.
