Clemson Getaway! Lake Keowee Cove - Suite Getaway - Built in 2017 - We are offering the Private Lower Level Suite of our Vacation Home for 2 nights minimum or Extended Rental. Clemson Game Weekends, Holidays, Family Vacation on the Lake. Private access through the lower level of the home. Living Room features a pull out couch, TV,& WiFi. The Master has a queen bed, TV, and optional Roll-Away Bed. Kitchenette has everything you need. Use of Main level deck, gas grill, and kayaks included.
This lake view rental sleeps 5 comfortably and the living space is approximately 800 Sq. Ft. of high end finishes. No smoking or pets allowed at this property (sorry). Weekly bookings eligible for 10% discount / Night. You are just steps away from the private dock, boat ramp, volleyball court, horseshoe pit, playground, and picnic area; all included with this rental. Nearby boat rental company will deliver and dock the boat at the private dock for up to 1 week. Keowee Cove Subdivision is a mix of permanent residences and vacation homes located just 8 miles from Seneca, and 15 miles from Clemson. By water, it is only a 5-10 minutes ride to the Lighthouse Restaurant and Cabana, a dock-able restaurant and bar.
Parking (front of property), new sidewalk leads to patio and lower level living space. Guests will have access to main level deck area, fire pit, yard, & subdivision amenities.
Main level area is a vacation home, not a permanent residence. We may see Air-BNB'ers occasionally, but we are generally there only a couple of weekends per month.
Exterior camera / security system at front and rear of home. Thermostat control for lower level located in master bedroom on wifi based tablet.
- Place trash in outside can at checkout
- Load all dirty dishes and start dishwasher at checkout
- Turn off gas cylinder and grill after each use
- Place all dirty towels, sheets, laundry, etc., in the laundry basket located in the master bathroom, at checkout
- Quiet hours 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Extinguish fire pit with water after use
- Place Kayaks back under stairs after use
