This place is overall more suitable for groups of adults or families with older teenagers or young adults. We found the bathroom to be very small particularly given this place can accommodate up to 6 people. The claw tub is very small. It's very inconvenient for families with young children. Moreover, there are a number of obvious and hidden dangers that are very inappropriate for families with young children.
1. We found out the wall in one of the bedrooms has SHARP NEEDLES sticking out when one of our kids (age 6) got cut by one of these needles. (Why would anyone stick needles in the wall close to the windows is beyond comprehension?!)
2. The height for the windows is extremely low. If a child unknowingly leans in, he or she can fall out of the windows. Note: this is on the second floor.
3. The stairs going up to the unit are fairly steep. Any misstep can mean trips to the hospital.
4. When the blow dryer was used in the bathroom, it short-circuited the breaker and the front section of the unit lost power. This caused some scary moments.
In addition, there are clumps of dirt/dust gathered on the kitchen towel (gross!!). The bathroom towels have TOO MUCH perfume (it just means too much chemical!). There is NO air conditioning. If the weather gets hot, I would really not want to stay there even though there is A machine that draws in cold air from outside (i.e. only useful if the air outside is cooler than inside)
Overall, it was an okay stay given the price. However, our family decided that we will not be returning to this place.
