My home is in a quiet residential neighborhood, nestled in a tranquil wooded area. This listing shows 1 of 2 bedrooms available on the 2nd floor of my home. My location is walking distance to Historic Wickford Village, walking trails and the local beach. My home is a 20 minute drive to Newport RI, 10 minutes to the Boston commuter train, 30 minutes from Providence and 20 minutes to the beaches of Southern Rhode Island.

Nina's place was perfect- walking distance to Wickford and, in the summer, to the town beach. I stayed in the one of 3 rooms that had a private bathroom. Also a nice sitting room. The private entrance for the airbnb was a big plus. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect spot to walk to town, very clean quaint room and bathroom to share. And a sitting area which is adorable! Nina made me feel like family or a friend and not an unknown guest! I’ll be coming back to visit and rent her rooms!

While I didn’t see Nina in my night’s stay, she was overly communicative and mad sure that everything was in place for my arrival. Her location is great and very safe.
