My husband, Mike, and I have owned and operated Sandy Point Resort for 25 years. We are fully licensed and insured Wisconsin innkeepers and submit to health inspections, fire marshal inspections and well water testing each year. We are properly zoned for short-term rentals and we love sharing our properties with guests from all over the United States. We do our best to make everyone who comes to our beautiful spot in the Northwoods feel welcome.
I am a jewelry designer and also make wool hats and scarves. I am also the author of six published books, including the popular memoir, "I'm Living Your Dream Life: The Story of a Northwoods Resort Owner." Mike is an Ambassador for Team Innova, and a well-known retailer of all things related to disc golf. He has a thriving Internet business selling golf discs and bags. Married in 1989, we created the world's first disc golf resort and spend our days playing and teaching this sport/activity. We have two children, Willow (22), and Camille (20). Willow has a B.S. in kinesiology and history from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Camille is in the School of Letters, Arts and Sciences at the University of Arizona-Tucson.
