On 350 m2 it can accommodate up to 15 persons and it consists of 3 floors, which are connected by internal stairs.
In the basement there are 2 bedrooms, bathroom, sauna, indoor tavern with fireplace, kitchen and mini gym.On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with its bathrooms and one terrace.
On the ground floor there is bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with dining room and spacious living area with direct access to terrace and swimming pool.
By the pool there is table tennis, trampoline and children's playhouse.

Worth a visit is Dalmatia's biggest city Split. Why do you not start at the Diokletian's Palace and take a stroll through the old town centre as well as along the promenade. Alternatively you could walk up to Marjan hill where you have a wonderful view over the area.Split is a city located on the Dalmatian coast and in its central part. In the heart of the city there is Cathedral of St.. Dujam (St. Duje), mount Marijan, who has sung countless times, "Vidilica"with the magnificent view of the city , islands of Brac, Hvar, Solta.. Split has a history that dates back to the building of the palace, in the 4th century, it was built by Diocletian himself for a vacation, but some claim that even goes back in prehistoric times. Diocletian's Palace is the best preserved and largest Roman palace in the world. This is an extraordinary monument that extends through the old town of Split. Thee whole complex is much more conserved, and most are 4 doors (Gold - Porta Aurea, Srabrna - Porta Argentea, Iron - Porta Ferrea and Brass - Porta Aenea), Peristyle, the emperor's mausoleum, or the cathedral Dujam, remains of walls, the Temple of Jupiter, and the vestibule. Apart from these historical beauty ,Split has a town beach, the most famous beach Bacvice. There are also numerous coffee bars, old stone streets from the Roman era ,interesting bars, squares and old houses... Split is the largest port in this part of Dalmatia, it is still culturally productive, and creates a lot of artists, shows , performances and concerts.
