This three bedroom property is located on the Donegall Road, South of Belfast City Centre. The property is spread over three floors and comprises of a large open planned lounge to dining room, separate kitted kitchen, two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and a four piece bathroom suite with both shower and separate bath.
The property is presented with good quality furnishings throughout, fresh bed linen and towels are provided for each stay. A wide screen TV mounted on the lounge wall offers in-house entertainment as well as the FREE WIFI access.
The kitchen is supplied with a cooker, washing machine and fridge freezer as well as all general kitchen utensils. The property is serviced with an efficient gas combi boiler and therefore hot water is always available.
I am based at 21 Donegall Road, Belfast, BT12 5JJ during working hours of 09:30am to 17:30pm Monday to Friday to assist with check-ins and check-outs (Located within minutes commute from the property). An emergency contact number will provided upon booking should you have any issues during your stay.
We will not disturb you during your stay or interact unless you need assistance. Early check-in may be available subject to sufficient notice.
