I’m glad that Amira like our home very much. No problem with our house!
2 weeks before her stay Amira wrote me that she was planning to cancel due to terrorism in Brussels. I indicated that Amsterdam is safe but wrote her that I understand her decision. I told her that we will follow the 50% Airbnb cancelation policy, but when I find another guest in that short time I will give her all the money back. I think it’s a very kind solution. One day later Amira decide to go on holiday. No cancelation anymore. So far so good.
4 days – 5 days – 4 days
Honestly I can’t understand Amiras reply. Amira made a 4 nights booking on Airbnb. In her many emails she wrote me that she want to stay 5 night. When I asked her what she want, she told me she made a mistake and asked me to stay 5 nights. The fifth night she would pay by cash and she made the suggestion to leave cash in our house. I agree.
During the rental we were on holiday. During her stay I received an email from Amira. She had decided to stay only 4 night. “I’m sorry but we only stay 4 nights”. I wasnt happy with that. If I had known before I could ask another tenant. Now I lost one day rent.
I suspect that Amira her plan was premeditated. When she had booked the fifth day on Airbnb she had lost her money. I trust Amira when she made the suggestion to leave cash in our house. That was wrong.
For me an appointment = an appointment. Amira has different values.
