Although a car will not be needed as you are right at Mamitas Beach and Kool beach clubs and a short 3 minute walk to the famous pedestrian walking street, 5th Avenue where you will find multitudes of restaurants, boutiques, cafes and pubs to enjoy.

The rate varies according to the season and are already established for the whole year presentation of following way:
High season: December 17 to January 8
Mid season: January 9 to April 30
Value season: May 01 to July 30
Low Season: September 1 to December 16
- 1. Please respect CHECK IN and CHECK OUT times. Check in time 15:00 P.M and Check out is 11:00 A.M. Late Check Outs need to be approved. 2. No smocking inside the property. Smoking is allowed outside only. 3. No parties or noise disturbance. Any behavior inappropriate including excessive noise, throwing items from balconies, destruction of property, leaving the doors open and behavior resulting in complaints from other guests may result in eviction without refund and/or loss of security deposit. 4. Each unit is limited to the number of persons indicated on your confirmation. Exceeding the maximum amount of people allowed by the agreement may result in eviction from the property at the manager’s discretion. 5. All of the units are privately owned; the owners and the Property Management are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. 6. It is the Guest duty responsibility for the property at all times during their visit. It is their duty to make sure all doors and windows are secure and locked before leaving the unit, even if it is for just a quick stroll down the street or to the beach. 7. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order 8. Only use appliances for their intended uses. 9. Pets are not allowed. 10. The unit will provide initial toilet paper and basic cleaning supplies prior to arrival. Guests are responsible for additional household and personal supplies. Excessively messy or dirty units may be subject to additional cleaning charges. 11. FANS & LIGHTS & A/C – turn them off when you are not using them. Thanks. 12. Tenants agree to pay for any damage caused even if the amount exceeds security deposit amount of 300 USD.
