The designer kitchen comes equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel GE Profile appliances, and Silestone countertops. The kitchen is accented in copper including a deep, hammered copper sink and a gourmet pull-down faucet. The condo comes equipped with a large capacity Sears H4 washer & dryer. The bathroom has been remodeled to include a double shower complete with a shower panel with body jets and rain shower head. The bathroom is accented with Van Gough glass tile and an engraved copper sink and bronze Bamboo faucet.

The small bedroom brings in the flavor of the island complete with a queen bed with Hawaiian Quilt and Shams, bamboo walls and a wall-mounted flat panel TV with built in DVD player. The living room has inlaid tile, a flat panel TV and a wall of mirrors to double the ocean view.

If you are looking for the very best for a honeymoom, anniversary or just time away from the rat-race, this is the place to be.


You will have access to the entire condo and the building amenities. There is a gym, but because it is ocean front on the windward side, there is a fair amount of rust that accumulates after just a short time.

This short-form summary of the House Rules is intended primarily for the use vacation renters.
This document does not replace or negate the full-length (51pages) version of our House Rules. Violation of most of these rules may result in fines.

Pool – 10am to 8pm
Gym – 9am to 9pm
BBQ area – 9am to 9pm
Trash chute – 8am to 10pm
Noise – No loud disruptive noise between 10pm and 8am
Recreation room – 8am to 9pm daily; reservations are required
Office – 8am to 5pm Monday thru Friday; ph(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)

Contact the Resident Manager (RM) only for dire emergencies such as a major water leak. For any and all other matters relating to your rental you must contact the person who rented the unit to you. The RM has nothing at all to do with rentals, and does not have keys to the units. Alison (contact on sland) phone number is (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). The property is protected by 16 security cameras at various locations. All images from these cameras are stored digitally. Security guards are on duty from 8 pm to 6 am daily. For problems during those hours, call the guards at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).

• Do not hang towels etc. on any outside railing.
• Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed or partially enclosed areas that are open to the public(URL HIDDEN)Wash sand off your feet and shoes before using the elevators.
• Nothing may be placed or stored in the walkways outside a unit’s front door.
• Lanais may not be used for storage.

• Common elements must be kept free of trash and dust.

• All residents must display a parking pass. Renters get them from your owner or agent.
• All penthouse units and all 1-bedroom units (ending with numbers 09 thru 16) have exclusive
assigned parking stalls. All studio units (ending with numbers 01 through 08) must park in an(URL HIDDEN)of the stalls marked “BHL.”
• All vehicles must park head-in; no reverse parking.
• All residents’ visitors must park outside the property.
• Vehicles in the parking lot without a permit may be towed away without notice.

• Shower first. No suntan lotion etc. may be worn into the pool.
• Pool gate is to remain closed at all times, except for ingress and egress.
• No unreasonable noise or rowdy behavior, and no toys in the pool.
• No alcohol and no glass items in the pool area.
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

RECREATION ROOM (on top floor):
• Available for private events from 8am to 9pm daily by prior reservation with the RM.
• Reservations must be made 72 hours in advance.
• Use of the recreation room requires a $300 refundable cleaning deposit.

• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.


These rules apply primarily to the BBQ area, lawn areas, and the pool area.

• No gatherings before 10am and after 7pm.
• No more than 4 additional guests are allowed on in any gathering area.
• The resident hosting the event must be present at all times during the event and is responsible
for thorough cleaning of the area and removal of all trash.
• No gathering is allowed on the small grass area in front of the three cottages, except by
residents of the cottages.
• No canopies, tents, or similar items may be erected at any time.
• The RM has the right to end any event that is not in compliance with the rules.

• Please securely tie all trash bags.
• No boxes may be put down the trash chute. Carry them to the trash room on the ground floor.
• No pets (other than service animals) are allowed on the property at any time.
• No grease or toxic chemical may be poured down any drain.
• No fireworks of any type are allowed on the property.
• No barbecues are allowed anywhere other than the designated barbecue pit at the north
end of the property.

We have stay at this unit before and enjoyed it so much we had to book it again^^ would definitely book this unit again but would love to stay at her other units that she offers!!! Thanks again Kathleen!!!
