Castlewood is a custom built ski in/ski out residence with easy access onto Double Cabins ski run (a green run) and is just one of the ways this home redefines luxury.
The Main House entrance opens to a wide and inviting entry room. The main living area of features a huge wood burning fireplace, surrounded by opulent furnishings and comfy rugs. The huge gourmet kitchen flows easily to the living and dining rooms so whether you are planning a large wedding reception dinner or a quaint family dinner, this kitchen is a chef`s dream. Enjoy a glass of wine while helping out the chef while still maintaining a connection to the group lounging in front of the huge wood fireplace. This main level of the home also boasts a second dining area separate from the great room, as well as a professional quality billiards room. The professionally curated outdoor area is just steps from the living room and it draws guests outside with its beautiful views and wood burning fire pit.
On the lower level of Main House is a stone wine cellar, a stadium tiered movie theater, a separate sleeping area with a queen bed and a full bathroom. The Main House elevator starts on this level for easy access back to the main floor. On the upper level of the Main residence are an additional 4 guest bedrooms.
The Main residence guest bedrooms include the following: The master suite has it`s own private living area with yet another log burning fireplace, a loft with a king sized bed and a private bathroom with a steam shower & free standing tub. The master suite opens out on to a deck with its own private hot tub. The 2nd guest suite has a queen sized bed, the 3rd guest suite has a full size bed, and the 4th suite on this level has two twins that can convert to a king. It is in the 4th suite that you will also find a loft with king mattress in the loft. All guest suites have their own private bathroom.
Connected to the Main Residence, is the `Hot Springs Grotto `. The Grotto a self contained guest quarters with it`s own kitchen, and an impressive custom grotto with waterfalls, misters, and jetted pools. On the lower level of the Grotto House there are 2 guest suites with King beds, each with their own private bathroom. On the upper level there is a 3rd bedroom with 2 full beds. Just because we can - there is a grill on the deck of the guest house.
The third structure is the Coachman`s Quarters. Located above the 2 car garage, the Coachman`s Quarters has a bedroom with a queen sized bed and private bathroom. There is also a communal living area with a kitchenette, private deck, and two queen sized beds in the living area that can be couches, or additional sleeping space.
There are 2 indoor garage spaces and plenty of driveway space for additional vehicles.

Prior to your arrival, a member of our guest services team will contact you. We’ll find out what time you’ll be arriving to town so that we can meet you at the property you’ve rented. We’ll also check to see if you need airport shuttles, lift tickets, equipment rentals, outdoor activities, or dining reservations and suggestions.
Upon arrival, we’ll meet you at the front door of your rental property and show you inside. We’ll give a quick tour of the property and help you understand how everything works, including televisions and any other unique features of the home.

Guest is required to complete a standard rental agreement provided by Latitude 38 Vacation Rentals, LLC. (Host), as part of the reservation process; which contains all applicable "House Rules" by which the Guest and all guests of guests will be required to abide by while occupying the rental property. No reservation shall be accepted unless guest has initialed each page, signed and dated the rental agreement within 48 hours of the reservation being accepted.
*Pets of any breed are not permitted at this property.

- Late departures must have written approval by Latitude 38. Late departures without written authorization will incur additional fees.
All reservations are subject to the following fees:
1.) Nightly Rate - varies by reservation and season
2.) Local Sales Tax 12.6%
3.) Cleaning Fee - $650.00
4.) Damage Protection Fee: $99.00
5.) Resort Fee 3.75%
6.) A Guest Fee and Host fee are standard charges applied by AirBnB.
Cancellation Policy: Super Strict 60: 50% refund up until 60 days prior to arrival, except fees.
Additional rules apply. Guest is responsible and assumes full liability for any damages whether accidental or frivolous.

Occupant agrees to pay all damages, fees or bills, and assume financial responsibility for
losses to Premises or contents, or services generated by or during occupancy. In lieu of
collecting a security deposit, occupant agrees to purchase a Vacation Rental Damage
Protection plan designed to cover unintentional damages to Castlewood’s interior that
occur during your stay. The Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan may pay a
maximum benefit of $5,000 for a cost to occupant of $99. Damages not covered by
Vacation Rental Damage Protection shall be the responsibility of the occupant and will
be charged to occupant’s credit card.
Full details of the Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan are contained in the
Certificate of Insurance or Insurance Policy. By submitting payment of the Vacation
Rental Damage Protection plan, you authorize and request CSA Travel Protection and
Insurance Services (“Insurer”) to pay directly to owner of the Premises any amount
payable under the terms and conditions of the plan.
Occupant agrees to immediately notify owner’s representative of any maintenance
problems, so that the situation can be remedied as soon as possible. Owner is not
responsible for any inconveniences that may occur for which he has no control. This
includes, but is not limited to: power outages, adverse weather conditions, mandatory
evacuation, construction mechanical failure such as hot tubs, televisions, etc. No refunds
will be given for occurrences beyond the owner’s control. Owner shall not be held liable
for any injuries that may occur to Occupants or their guests as a result of the acts of said
Occupants and guests. Owner is not responsible for any theft or damage to vacationer’s
belongings during their stay at the vacation rental.
Upon written or electronic endorsement, occupants agree that they have read and
understood this agreement. The occupant accepts all terms, conditions, and
restrictions without exception.
